Advice:
-Work like a popper in strike zones
-"Walk the dog" style retrieve is also very effective, the Colorado blade thrashes alongside the body which will call in bass
-One a slow retrieve this bait functions beautifully as a wake bait, the flash from the Colorado blade will generate explosive strikes. This is one of my favorite methods with this bait because the wake is just irregular enough to give the impression of a struggling baitfish
-The cut of the lip will allow the bait to dive down, much like the Uncanny Chap, you can give the rod twitches on a steady retrieve to getting a darting jerkbait-like reactionary strike
-I like to use a snap swivel with mine, on a medium to fast retrieve the bait will dive down giving a slow and tantalizing body and an extreme flaring tail action
-Utilizing a snap swivel this bait can be trolled or strolled at low speeds if bass are consistently feeding upwards in the top portion of the water column
